I WOULD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE ABOVE COMPANY ON SHOCKING SERIVCE RECIEVED.ON THE 29/11/2013 I FINISHED UP AT WORK AND ALL PENSION PAYOUT DOCUMENTS WAS SENT THROUGH FOR PAYOUT FROM THIS COMPANY HANDLING PENSION PAYOUT ALEXANDER FORBES.AROUND ABOUT THE 17/12/2013 I CALLED JUST TO CHECK ON PROGESS AND WAS TOLD THAT MONEY WAS PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT ON THE 11/12/213 BUT WAS REJECTED BECAUSE NAME AND SURNAME INCORRECT.I WAS THEN TOLD AFTER I HAD TO CALL THEM TO PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF BANK STATEMENT AND ID SO THAT CAN BE REPROCESSED IT TAKES 24-48 HOURS.I THEN AGAIN CALLED IN AND WAS TOLD NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SINCE RESUBMITTING AND LYING AT ADMIN DEPARTMENT FOR PROCESS.I THEN ASKED THEM TO GET A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR TO CALL ME AND I AM STILL AWAITING.I HAD TO CALL IN AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT A COMPLETE NEW PROCESS MUST BE DONE WITH RECHECKS AND ALL SORTS OF STORIES SHOULD BE PAID OUT IN THE MIDDLE JAN 2014.WHAT IS SHOCKING ABOUT THIS THAT NOT ONCE WAS I CONTACTED VIA CELLPHONE WHEN PROBLEM OCCURED I HAD TO DO ALL OF THE PHONING AND INVESTIGATIONS.WHAT IS ALSO STRANGE IS WHEN MY MONTHLY PREMIUMS WAS TAKEN NO PROBLEMS WITH NAME, SURNAME AND BANKING DETAILS.SHOCKING SERVICE.
