I am logging this complaint on behalf of my wife. She has been waiting for her provident/pension fund for the past 3 months. Since November 2012 we have contacted Alexander Forbes about twice every week and on every occassion we are advised that we need to send supporting documents as the information supplied to them is incorrect and when as per requested these documents are sent to them. We have now been informed that we need to go to the bank and have the statement corrected.
I would like to log a complaint as the payout process is ridiculous and we have been sent on a wild goose chase!! On every occassion when documents are requested, we are advised that it would take 5 days for payout. It has been 3 months and still no payout. I would like for a manger who deals with pension payout to please contact me as I am really fedup of the after sale service and want this matter to be dealt with urgently!!!
