I am very upset about the service, or lack of service that I received with my pension payout. Every thing went wrong from the start and nobody listens to you. Alexander Forbes is not capable to obtain tax directives, or do payouts. I am not going to repeat myself over and over, After numerous phone calls to incapably call centre staff I forward a email to Luciona Dorkin, who is apparenlty the Manager/Teamleader for payouts, with my full complaint and asked him to confirm receipt there off. Not even that was done. Alexander Forbes can contact him and obtain all the documentation that I attached, from him inorder to solve my problem.
