My girls mom died a month ago and since then we have been trying to get the provident fund payout from Alexander Forbes. They end up asking documents of up to 13 years ago which we unfortunately cant find in her moms documents. Every week is just something new. What can we do our hands are cut off, and Alexander just says sorry cant do payment without documents. I wil never ever make use of their services in my life. Maybe we will here from them but in the meantime i am going to complain on every dem site i find!
