NOT RESPONDING TO MY APPLICATION

Dear Hellopeter. On 5 Dec I lodge all my documents to apply for a Take Over Home Loan from FNB. I received an automated response from Z Plagis from FNB that they will be in contact with me withing 48 hours. I phoned today and spoke to the call centre and they said at 08:30 that Z Plagis will phone me back within 10 minutes to assist me. I am still waiting for that call, it is 10:00 already.

I would really like the application to be handled within the time frame that FNB states on their auto responses and get some service.

I have been happy with FNB's service thus far, but this is not acceptable. Our country needs to sharpen our service levels and if they do not have enough staff to do so, then appoint more staff that is capable of giving a proper service.
