Causing unncessary Stresss and Issues

I have a personal Loan with Absa, which went into arrears when I got retrenched, my account has never been in arrears and I had made the necessary arrangement to keep my accounts in good standing until I could find a job. I only got employed on the 1st of November and arranged with collections that I will pay the arrears off.
You guys are debiting my account for the full amount and I have to keep calling to request refunds, when the refund is made my account goes into a negative again the same day because you are re- debiting again. how am I suppose to manage my account effectively if you carry on debiting my account when I have an arrangement in place, I cant respect any of my other arrangements because of this and my name is being tarnished. I also have people calling me on a daily basis because they are too ignorant to read the notes on your system before calling me. they say they have no control because it is automated, I am really beginning to get frustrated because I am newly employed and cannot keep updating my details on a daily basis, I made an arrangement and stuck to the terms so why the am I still on your automated calling database.
