After a week they informed me of wrong info

I applied for a personal loan online with FNB. The documentation was sent on the 29-10-2013. I phoned on the 30-10-2013 to get the automated message stating that a outcome will be with in 8 business hours. I phoned the 31-10-2013 again to get the same message and still no outcome. On the 1-11-2013 I phoned again and was disconnected 3 times while talking to agents. I phone the premium banker line and asked for assistance. They then informed me that it would take 7 business days before I receive an answer. That would then be the 7-11-2013. I phoned FNB and asked for the outcome of my loan. The call centre then transferred me to another call centre and they informed me that my application was incorrect and I have to wait 24 hours before I can re-apply. Why does it take them more than a week to see that there are something wrong with the application. This application was made as a emergency because my car is standing and I need transport to get my kinds to school and myself to work and back. This is the service that you get when it is an emergency. Don't want to know how it is when you just apply normally. This is by far the worst service (NO SERVICE) I have ever received from FNB!
