Only deal with Zachary Plagis

Eversince I moved my ABSA account to FNB in December there has been problem after problem, and EVERYONE I deal with are useless. Waiting days for things to get sorted out.
I've had a home loan with FNB for years, and hearing all this false advertising over the radio, I was also one of the unlucky ones that got caught!
I had to access more funds from my homeload (which I only owe R8500.00 on). I was sent a form to fill in. I sent the form back on 6 Feb, phoned them on 7 Feb to confirm that they've received it. Winnie from excisting business confirmed it was there. After the 7 days that they said it would take to get the money, I called to follow up. Zachary told me the application was never received, but assured me he will do everything possible to get to the bottom of this and escalate my application. He e-mailed me at the end of the day promising that the money will be in my account within 48 hours, at the end of the next day I received my money.
Thank you Zachary, you are the only competent person in FNB.
