Never again will I use Dial Direct

On Monday the 18th of November I called Dial Direct to let them know my BMW would not start as we had a flood in Somerset West 2 days prior and my car was flooded. They then sent a Tow truck to pick my vehicle up a day later. I then waited an entire week and no one called to let me know what was happening. I then called Dial Direct and was tol that there is no claim logged, So naturally I flipped out as I have been waiting a week and nothing has happened. SO we then logged the claim and I was told that someone would call me back. After 2 weeks of hassles (now the 10th of December}' I was told that there was nothing wrong with my car and I can pick it up in Maitland. I got a lift through to Maitland to pick my car up and found that my bonnet has endless deep scratches all over it and oily hand marks on the inside of my car on the roof lining .. I If this is the service they give... I will make sure that none of my family members nor friends ever use Dial Direct.
