I spoke to a lady called LEEANNE in the loans department of FNB. On my bank account an x amount shows still outstanding. When I phoned a different amount was given to me. (More then I was lead to believe)
I was then told that it was not their problem and that they have problems with their system.
My problem is, HOW CAN YOU GIVE SUCH FALSE INFORMATION TO CLIENTS REGARDING THEIR BANK ACCOUNT???
And then tell the client that its not your problem.
I have been with FNB for 25 years and will definitely close my account with them.
POOR POOR POOR service, you should be ashamed..
