I have had absolutely enough of Dial Direct.
I've had a lot of equipment damage which I reported over a week ago and still the damaged items have not been collected.
If my claim is not processed promptly, I will be forced to move all my accounts away from Dial Direct and will not do any business with them in future.
I would not recommend for anybody to use dial direct for home contents insurance. I will soon be phoning other insurance companies for quotes.
