What am I paying for???

Good Day

My car got seriously damaged in the hale storm that hit Germiston in October last year. It happened on a Saturday so I called Dial Direct on the Monday at about 9:30am. It has now been almost 3 months and no luck in getting my car repaired. I have little contact from Dial Direct with no follow ups. I called them to ask what is happening and the consultant told me they would get Global Hale to call me back. I am still waiting for that call? I then got a call from a Dial Direct consultant this Tuesday who told me I could take my car in this week or next week and she gave me some dates. I asked her to call me back at lunch time on the same day so I could give her which date suited me best as I needed to arrange some one to collect me after dropping the car off. It is now Friday and no call as yet? Is this the service I am paying for, if so I highly doubt I will be using Dial Direct in the future. Not happy at all!
