Claim Number 2497169 I logged a insurance claim telephonically with Absa Insurance on the 30 Nov 2013. Experienced hail damage resulting in broken sky lights and roof leaks When I call the call centre on 010 211 5921 after holding on for 1 hour and 35 minutes they tell me they appointed a service provider and gave me their telephone number. When I phone the number there is no response. Next day I phone back and after being on hold for another hour they appoint another service provide African Moon and give me their number again I phone and the number is a fax line. I phoned back and after a 45 minutes on hold I am given another number JC Buildings. I phoned them and he informed me that he does not do skylights. I am truly frustrated as I am getting now where with this. My roof is leaking bad and internal walls are being damaged daily.
