Poor Service from Dial Direct and Windscreen Direc

I am truly sadden by the way Dial Direct (Tshepo) has handled my claim. They appointed this very useless company called Windscreen Direct, who is not capable of doing their job. The claim was logged and approved, I then received a message from Windscreen Direct they will call me within 90 minutes, I waited the entire night and no call, then I received a message from Windscreen Direct saying they tried contacting and I should contact them, I did try to contact them and waited 30 minutes and then hanged up. I contacted Dial Direct spoke to Tshepo who also promises to get back to me but never does. I will not allow Windscreen Direct to work on the car after all the reviews I read about them. This is truly bad service from Dial Direct, who used to really impress me with their service no idea why they linked up with these windscreen direct company.
