This is now becoming a joke, where I have been calling the numbers which Nedbank call centre gives me to follow-up on a PAID OFF Ackermans account (0861116059) which is suppose to be the Legal Division of Nedbank, even this number is not being answered. I paid and closed off this Ackermans account 4 years ago, and now my bond is declined because i am told that I owe Ackermans for 9 months. Ackermans refers me to Nedbank, as they were the administrators of funds. On Monday I get a call from Nedbank asking me if i have ever being under administration, which i never have. Until they suddenly blacklisted me for an account that was paid and closed off 4 years ago. I am extremly annoyed by their service. and their administrative malfuncion is interfering with my personal life. What annoys me further is the fact that I dont even owe Ackermans and when i confirmed with them (Ackermans) I am told that they dont even have record of my name on their system as a client. I might loose he offer to purchase a home for my kids, because of administrative incompitence of Nedbank for an account i dont even have. can someone from Nedbank atleast answer the phone and give me answers to their mess
