Account settled and still seeking payment

I had an account with Ackermans, in the mean time Nedbank bought them over and I never got my new Ackermans account card. with this I tried to pay my account but with no luck! Everytime i went to ackermans to pay they send me to Nedbank, and visa versa when I go to Nedbank they send me to ackermans, eventually i got hold of a lady at Nedbank and she gave me the full amount to settle and said that is all and after the payment it will take two years to get my name off ITC. 5 months later i get an sms saying i still ow them money! i phoned them only to hear that it is legal fees that i have to pay! after 5 months how can you tell me now I still ow you money? The day I phoned the first time and the lady gave me the settlement figure, why didnt she add the legal fees? they cant tell me now i still ow them! they always record the phone calls, they couldnt get the phone call where the lady told me the settlement figure, how is that for service. do they assume I made up my own settlement amount? Nedbank as well as Ackermans are so bad I will never think of opening an account with either of them! and i will take them both to court for this.
