I had an Ackermans account which was paid off and closed off in 2009. As i tried to apply for my bond I was declined by the bank due to an Ackermans account which reflects as unpaid. When i contacted Ackermans, I was told that they have nothing reflecting on their side in my name, and that i should contact the administrator, being Nedbank. I have been calling the numbers which were given o me by (086 000 0025 and 086 111 6059). None are being answered. How does Nedbank do their administration which dates back to 4 years ago. I am extremely unhappy with their service and i feel that their administrative incompetence interferes with my personal credit rating
