I'm complaing on behalf of my fiance
My complaint today is about nedbank in involving my fiance? Some where some how Nedbank issued a credit card on his name without him knowing? Even a debit order was put on his ABSA account which he did not sign?? So then from last year Nedcard just started taking money from his ABSA account, and he did not know what was going on? So we went to Nedbank Sasolburg to see what is going on... Surprise we got they said it was a Ackermans account that is not paid, so we got the proof Ackermans was paid of in 2012, then Ackermans said that Nedbank issued credit card to all Ackermans clients?? So know my questions is how can you just give credit to someone ells on another person name and he has to pay it!! Not in my life? So we went back to Nedbank and ask for info on the account so they said sorry we cant give you the info because their is security question on the account you cant answer but still it is in his name??? We went to see a lawyer but Nedbank just keeps phoning why does he reverse the payments and all so they don't want to give our lawyer any use full info?? He has never banked with Nedbank?
