I made a call to 1Life, requesting information on the nearest pharmacy to go do the HIV test required for my insurance policy and Wayne Powell assist me to the fullest extend. We even conversate in Afrikaans my home language politely and sto my satisfaction was i assisted and assured that a 1Life nurse to visit me in the comfort of my home to do the test instead of me going to a pharmacy.
