NO HELP WITH INACTIVE CARD

On the 30th of November I visited Nedbank The Glen and made use of the telephone banking assistance. They were off line and could not assist. I then called in on Sunday to be told that no one could assist us as they only reported lost and cards. On the 2nd of December I called in to have my sons card activated and I was told that I could not do it as my son is 18 years old and I do not have access to his card. He then called into the call centre (he is on holiday in Umhlanaga without parents with him). He was told on the 2nd of December that his card was active and he could use it, he tried at various places to draw money and also swipe at a retailer and the card was declined. I then called in again and they told me to get my son to go to the Gateway Shopping Centre which is not within walking distance and the call centre agent told me to get my son to walk to the branch to sort it out. I find this extremely disrespectful and I would most certainly not walk that distance at all. Up to date the card is still not active and I the way I feel now after banking with Nedbank over 10 years I will most certainly be moving my account elsewhere!!!
