My card was left at a shop, the shop assistant phoned Nedbank with all my details and Nedbank said they would inform me, but no one called to let me know.
I have been running around and phoning places trying to find my card, when all along Nedbank knew exactly where my card was and no one phoned to let me know.
I am very disappointed in the service received.
Also, I went to a Nedbank ATM this morning to draw cash and the ATM was down, I phoned my branch (Milnerton) to report the problem and was told to call different contact numbers, why can't this be sorted out internally - I'm reporting a problem to a branch, can the branch not then pass the message on to the correct department?
I have not been happy with Nedbanks service this week
