I received a call a few weeks ago from Nedbank to inform me that my chq card & credit card will expire in November 13. I requested that they send my new card to my closest branch - Claremont Cape Town. Its been 2 weeks and I have still not heard anything from Nedbank. I received a letter in the post to inform me again that my cards are due to expire at the end of November 13.
I called about 5 times yesterday (28/10/13) and good not get through. I was on hold for a total of 1hr 30min. I tried first thing this morning and again I could not get through to the call centre. My branch has not received my new cards yet.
Yes I know - experiencing high call volumes. But this is my chq card I wont have access to my money if I don't receive the new cards. Can someone please contact me & let me know when I can get my CARDS!
