TWO LYING SALE CONSULTANTS AT NEDBANK, EASTGATE

Went to apply for credit card on Tue 15/01/14, Lethabo took all the required documents to send to the credit department for verification, told me i would know on Fri 17/01/14 whether declined or approved. Called him on Friday, left a message for him. He called me back, said he'd call again soon as he gets to his office, never did.
Mon 20/01/14 I called the branch manager to complain, after that Lethabo called me back at 17:01 to ask questions pertaining the credit card application which he should have asked on Tue 15/01/14, I figured he never referred my application for verification. He also told me i would receive a call from a lady named Nora from the credit department the following day, Tue 21/01/14 to let me know whether approved or declined.

Tue 21/01/14 at 09:30 i received a call from Nora who told me that I was declined. Too suspicious, I went to Nedbank, Hyde Park branch where I was told Lethabo created something called CIS (Customer Information System) on Tue 21/01/14 at 17:00. CIS was supposed to be created before I was told i got declined at 09:30. I also found out Nora is a sales consultant at Eastgate but not from Credit Department. Nora posed as someone she was not.
