ATM withdrawal, but i didnt receive the money

On 2nd November 2013 around 09:40, I was trying to withdraw R2000 from ABSA ATM at Sunnyside, the screen showed me insufficient funds nd gave back my card as well as other ATMs i tried.went to the enqueries nd was told i withdrew it according to their system, told them i ddnt get it. They told me thy wil call the ATM ppl to come do ATM balancing. On the 04th I was told they ddnt find surplus during their balancing, nd I disputed. On the 5th I went to the bank to see the manager nd was told he is acting smwhere, bt can see the supervisor who I related my complain to I asked her to watch the cameras, she told me i can write a statement that will be taken to Forensic Investigators nd they wil cal me when they have started wth the investigation which will take 3-4 weeks according to her thts when il watch them. Received a call on the 07th from ABSA consultant checkin if Forensic called, nd said No. To my suprise when I make smfollow up on 07 Dec. I was told i hv been sent an SMS on the 08th Nov, that thr was no irregularity nd surplus found ddnt get SMS, while Im waiting for the call nd to watch cameras, forensic wasnt even involved as promised because investigation is only done on, she says.
