Account frozen due to missing money from absa atm

Good day

I went to withdraw an amount of R1000 on an Absa ATM in katlehong and got my 1 thousand rand from the Absa machine. after 2 - 3 days they froze my account I went to the katlehong brach at Letshoho mall I was told that when I was withdrawing my money that I have worked for. the ATM gave me R3000 more from what I withdrew. I told them that I did not receive such amount of money and the stupid manager told me I need to wait for
Absa to finish with the investigation I was told it will take 48 hours to resolve the issue that was on the 15 of October I went back to that stupid manager again and she told me to wait again hence I went back today on the 05/11/2013 I was told the person who supposed to resolve the issue went overseas please peter assist me I need my money from Absa bank my id 5406105545085 Name Vusi welcome Hadebe Contact number 0766081523 I want my account opened within 24 hours I HAVE KIDS TO TAKE CARE OFF
