On the 24/05/13 i discovered that
money was withdrawn from my
account
9199144118 with my card, while i had
my card with Me. I went to the
Branch to report the matter and the Consultant
turned me away, then i went back
again to ask them to investigate, i was
again turned away. I was told that there is nothing they can
do cos my card was used to
withdraw the funds, they only changed
my Pin. They refused to open an
investigation for me! I want my money
(R4900), that money was for my rent that is suppose to be paid on the
28/06/13. This matter was not handled
accordingly, i believe that ATMs have
cameras so i would lyk the footage that
indicate that i made the
withdrawal at that unGodly time of the
night, cos i was sleeping at that time. Im simply pleading with someone to
open an investigation on this
complaint, becouse it is only fair that we
get to the bottorm of this
matter. I will take up this with my
Lawyer should proper assistance not be made.
