I wanted to pay for my fathers insurance I ddnt have slip but only policy no and I'd I was told to wait while theyu check the sku as I ddnt have a card with me, he. Told this lady to tell me that they don't know where is tha paper I must go pay to other pep, time was 16h55 and all pep stores close at 5 I ask to speak to the manager he told me he is the manager and there is nothing he can do with a tone that I ddnt like I'm very dissapointed
