On the 27th of January 2013 i went to withdraw money from the FNB ATM at southgate value mart, then the machine swallowed my cheque card before i could even enter my PIN then when I realised that I phoned the call centre to cancel my card it was cancelled. then After i dropped I receive an sms that said R2850 was withdrawn from Sasol OV. The next day I went to the FNB Southgate branch to report the matter the consultant gave a for to fill in which related the story and she told me the investigation will take six week and if in not contact i must come back to the branch to find out. I asked her which is sasol ov she said also on her machine it doesn't show I will only know when the investigation is over. On Saturday I went to the branch to find out cause the six weeks was over, to my surprise i received a letter that is dated the 09 Feb'2013 it says FNB regrets that it wont be held reliable for my lost, cause the withdrawal was made using my PIN. Nothing says about sasol ov and if the investigation was done so quick why I was not told and when i did the claim i was told the will camera footage that will be from sasol ov which i will b asked if I know the person who did withdrawal
