I got a smart device frm FNB in November 2012. About ten days ago i was involved in a attempted where someone tried to rob me from my phone and in the process the device got damaged. I have been trying for the past 9 days to get through to the relevant people to submit a claim as i was sold insurance when i took the device. up and till this moment i can NOT get through to the relevant people. on wednesday morning i spent 3 ors being transfereed fromn one consultant to another voice automated machine!!! Is this the way you help your clients??? can somebody contact me??? aAs it is i had a terrible experience with on my account about 6 months ago and was gonna close this account but was convinced not to by my branch.. NOW I AM STARTING TO THINK I MADE THE WRONG DECISION!!!
