Unacceptable Service

When i bought my car in April 2013 I bought Top Up insurance with Traffic through Absa.
Absa failed to do the bulk banking of this with my car payments and unawares to me I was under the impression that i was paying both till my car was written off in September. After 2 month of getting this resolved an being told everything will be fixed and that the settlement amount would be paid for, I received an sms on Thursday last week saying"Please note there is still an outstanding balance of R4, 061.81 on acc:.Pls contact our clt'sdepartment on 011-2216223 for payment arrangement.regards"Not knowing who it was I called, only to find out it was Absa. I asked the person on the other end of the phone how this was possible as I was under the impression that everything was settled an paid for. trying to resolve the issue I was told to get hold of traffic as it was not their problem and had to do with them. Once again I have sat with passing the buck between Absa and Traffic. It is not my responsibility to check that the correct paper work or documentation get done properly once I had signed for the policy. I bought the Top up for this very reason in case something like this happened.
