Efund of over payment

I paid R2000 towards arrears on my loan account and was left with a balance of R468, i called the call centre after 2 days to confirm if it was received and they advised that it was. instead of Of debiting R468 Nedbank debited R1236 on the 21/03/13. on the 22nd i called the call centre for a reversal of the difference of R768, i was assisted by Lillian who also confirmed my payment of R2000 but said that bcos the R1268 was debited on a public holiday i should call on thr 23rd for a reversal. I then said i will call on the 27th after the payment of my monthly installment. when i called on the 27th i spoke to nash naidoo who said he can see yhe payments but i need to submit proof og all payments before he can process the reversal. i then asked to speak to lillian and he said lilloan does not work at collections but at out bound. now i dont understant why lillian answered a call put through to collections when she does not work there. i asked him to put me through to his manager or team leader he said none of them were available they are in a meeting from 2 to 3:30 pm. i ask to speak to the person left in charge and he said there wss no one there. i just need the overpayment reversed
