I would like to change my debit order details so that the monthly premium gets debit on the account which my income goes into as I sometimes get paid on the last day of the month and when I tranfer the funds for the funeral plan debit order they dont clear on time and it reverses, and I would also like to add my grand-parents to the cover, could someone please contact me to change the bebit order and add my grand parent on my funeral cover because I emailed you 2months back and no one came back to me, and calling your call centre is a mission as I hold till I drop the phone or run out of airtime.
