My account was handed over by Standard Bank to Stanley Brodkin attorneys. I was never advised that my account was handed over and if I was via voicemail messages, My contact details have changed.
I liaised with the consultant that i would make a payment for the amount I could afford and he instructed me on the amount I should pay. Being afraid of having legal action taken against myself I complied. In December I skipped a paymnet and made a new arrangement to catch up.
I received voice messages after my payment date passed this month and then an sms stating they would proceed with a summons. I contact the company to advise onthe reason for non paymnet and ask for an extension. The response from the same rude consultant was"You must be joking".my response was I am contacting you to let you know i will pay and you tell me I must be joking-He dropped the phone in my ear. I called back to speak to a manager and am afraid to say I am still waiting. What type of customer service is this?
