Really Bad Service - More Lazyness

Good Afternoon.

I had an access bond with Standard bank, I was instructed to fill in an application form to re-activate the service. Thinking this wouldn't be to much hassle since I'm a working individual who rarely gets time off to run up and down to sit in extremely long queue at branches just to be told to speak to a consultant (Been shifted from Pillar to post0

All I need is to have the a signed application formed stamped by the bank and submitted to Standard bank home loans how hard can that be? To add to my frustration, I was told that Standard bank received my application last week Friday, Upon checking to see if the application form was ok today I was told that the form was not complete 4 DAYS LATER!!! I am so upset I could explode right now.

This is not the first time but the second time? have had petty problems like this with standard bank, such a huge financial institute with really bad service.

I can't even say I'm shocked - I should have known.

I need this problem sorted out as I need access to my access bond facility today, this is the only way Standard bank can restore my faith in their service.
