Correspondence from one of an estates beneficiary's representative is totally ignored. Letters were sent on 20 July 2013 and 4 November 2013 and followed up with an e-mail. No response was recieved on any of these. The matter relates to the 79 Year old spouse of the deceased who is a beneficiary and for the last 6 months does not know what is happening.
Anyone looking to care for their beneficiaries should think twice about using Absa as executor of your estate.
