Really disappointed with the service I've received. I emailed a mobile claim form through to them on the morning of Saturday the 23rd of November that has yet to be processed a week later. Contacting them telephonically is a tedious task as you're greeted by a machine and there are lengthy wait times should one wish to speak to a consultant. I've sent further emails to their alternate addresses which have also yet to be answered several days later.
And I must state that this isn't the first time I've had such issues with them. Other occasions involved a similar situation whereby a claim wasn't processed in a timely manner, as well as a time when a wrong handset was delivered (also in a delayed manner I might add)
Really, what am I to do? Having an Insurer that isn't at all interested in processing claims means I've been phoneless for a week now, with no solution in sight.
Perhaps they should rethink the name 24hr Mobility...
