24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Ripping me off

I got a new phone on contract. I signed up for the MTN insurance which is apparently 24hr mobility. My phone got I handed in everything that was needed. police reports etc. I heard nothing from them after about a week when I phoned they told me my claim had been declined for non payment. I sent proof of debits that came off my account to them. they told me to contact the underwriter FINRITE which I did. I spoke to a woman called Boitumelo Naane who made me hold on the phone for 25 minutes and gave me no help at all. She was probably the worst client service person I have ever encountered. I then got a hold of her manager Belle Lepheyane who promised to get to the bottom of my claim. Its been over two weeks now I still have not heard from her. she told me to phone Guardrisk which is their under writer. the guy from Guardrisk asked to see my proof of payments which I sent to him. he said to me my paymemt will be honoured and paid. I then heard nothing from 24hr mobility nor Finrite. When I phoned last week on thursday now they then told me my claim was being declined for non payment even though they took money out my account on the 1st again. I feel as if I am being robbed
