It seems like this is the only way to get any sort of response from Pinnacle marketing, I submitted my claim for a lost phone on the 17th of this month, its now day 3 and still no acknowledgement from the insurer.
please process my claim. I do not have a cell phone, when you deduct your premiums, you do it timeously and fastidiously every month, please do the same with my claim.
