I went online to apply for a building loan on the Real People website it was pre-approved and i got an sms i was advised to go to any hardware store to process the application. I then went to Builders Wharehouse in Tygerberg did the application and was told i should get an answer first thing next morning. Well!!! 3 days later still no feedback i have to phone to check on the application every time nobody can give you info as to whats happening and every time i must email the same documents over and over again. The staff in the call centre is not very helpfull at all and nobody can tell you whats going on. Oh such a waiste of time??? Why tell clients that it takes 30min and then after 72 hours still no joy.
