No Feedback on Application

I applied on Thursday for a loan and the turnaround time given was 24 to 48 hours for approval. I made one call over the weekend and another this afternoon but beside the fact that I am advised that the application is at further process I am no wiser. I have also send 2 -emails thus far for feedback on my application but received no response.

Could somebody please give me feedback on what further process entails and when I can expect the outcome of my application taken into account that I was told that it will take 24-48 hours.
