ABSA Insurance pathetic

I phoned ABSA for claim. They said they will phone back between 24 - 48 hours. They didnt even take my claim detail. They will phone me to get it. Needless to say no one phoned. On 6 Dec I spent more than two hours during 6 call just to speak to Tebogo who is handling my claim. It was not possible to talk to Tebogo after the call center put me on hold. Up to know still no answer. Ridiculous behavior from ABSA, how save am I with all my belongings insured by them. I have tried several times to speak to Tebogos manager. Also not possible. My claim number is 2497357.

This makes me wonder what is happening to my installment every month.

PLEASE ABSA CAN YOU PHONE ME. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE.
