On Thursday, 2013/06/ 27 I received an sms stating that I have been pre approved for a loan and should complete the application form and supporting documentation to which I did, I then contacted them to confirm if they received my documents she said let me check and eventually found it and said that it has to be captured. It's now Tuesday and I'm currently first in line for the past 3 hours just for feed back and they have this thing to check the status of ur application which doesn't work why give a time of 48 hours when it's past 72 hours. It seems like this company never gives feedback to customers. They even have the track the status of ur loan which is unavailable from day one
They have a lot of miss informing stuff on the website which should be removed like 48 hour turnaround time.
I have sent Ruanda@ecfinance 3 emails without a reply even if is declined at least let the client know.
