In this day, age and era of I find Ackermans to be the worst shop that has failed and is still failing to fight and it is disgusting to say the least. Every day my mother gets sms on her cell number 082 224 0040 asking her to come and pay her account which she DOES NOT have with Ackermans and no matter how poor she can be, she will never open an account at Ackermans. I took it upon myself last week and phoned Ackermans Call Centre to ask them to stop sending sms or even calling my mother about an account that she does not have. The lady I spoke to, confirmed that the account belongs to one Ms Brown and she promised to delete my mother's numbers. Just last night my mother received a call ONCE more from Ackermans asking her about the payment and that is hardly a week after I phoned Ackermans and they promised to delete my mother's numbers. It pained me to hear my mother swearing and shouting at a call centre agent who was asking her about payment of an account that does not exists. Apparently my mother is still receiving sms about payment. Can Ackermans please delete my mother's numbers as we cannot waist our airtime to get them to delete her numbers. WE ARE TIRED PLS.
