3rd time listing Nedbank investment for not caring, taking my money, leaving me to run after and monitor where is my money AND is i t safe??? - No, No, No

Very unhelpful, cheeky and arrogant matter of fact - when I requested a person of my choice to look after my money, I get told I cannot choose but have to put up with their choice "The last time this happened, I lost nearly 1/3rd of my money invested, "And was informed by Nedbank "It was my fault", and our investment is for our retirment
When I want all our money out to re-invest in another bank who has been bugging me to come over, Nedbank could not car, and will not even allow to to have my OWN Money?
Where to now as nobody listens or even has the decency to respond, or return calls
