Two debit orders per month

Have been with Anderson insurance for about 4 months now. But this month they billed me twice and caused many debit orders including my car installment to bounce. I've called the customer line regarding this matter and they told me they will pay it back in a day. That was for 4 days ago. called again and the gentleman helping me told me they will call and he will start with my payment the same day and they still haven't called or paid me back. I'm now considered a late payer.
