20 November 2013 I called hotel stay to purchase their membership I provided my card details and agreed to the terms and cconditions. My card was debited for R1425.00.
6 December my in contact sms stated my card was used for a holiday stay for R1425.00.
This was unusual as i paid already.
I immediately called FNB explained everything and cancelled my card immediately.
The next morning I went to a branch and did the paper work and the consultant destroyed my card.
She also advised me a debit of R2.7 was put forward for debit but I had insufficient funds for this.
At this stage the debit did not go off my account. It was pending.
I did my duty as a customer to inform my bank FNB iro the!
thinking this was sorted out on the 12 December 2013 the monies is debited from my account!
I call the line yet again after spending hours being transferred from pillar to post I am told its not it's a dispute. I need call the person who debited my account and resolve this... FNB ignored by instruction and honoured this transaction... FNB is apparently my bank
I call hotel stay and they tell me they had in their accounts department
So FNB how can your incompetency help me
