I cancelled my car insurance with Anderson on the 14 December, i gave them enough notice to cancel my insurance. They debited my account the beginning of January which was supposed to be my last payment to them as i have given the notice. I am surprised to receive an sms from the saying they will be debiting money on the 28 February. My insurance was cancelled and i want Anderson stop debiting money from my account, and to cancell all communication with me as i am no longer a member of Anderson Insurance. Why is it always a hassle to cancell but always a pleasure to join. If they debit from my account this month i am going to escalate this matter.
