I am very unhappy with the response i have gotten from my so called insurer. I have been with Anderson insurance underwriters for over a year now & pay my premium every month, on time. However on the 1st of March 2013, i had an accident & have been without transportation since. Up till late last week, my insurance had no clue where my car was. I constantly have to call them to find out how my claim is coming & when my car will be fixed. This morning i gave them a call again & they told me they still have not recieved a quotation from their panelbeaters - i was promised last week by one of their consultants Talent, that they would have it by Monday 18/03 & until they get it, then only will they be able to tell me how much excess i have to pay. Only after i have paid this excess will i be able to get a courtesy car, which i have also being paying for for the past year. Now my claim has been passed on to Phillip Mangezi & its only after me calling them, did i get to know this information. I am extremely unhappy with the service i have recieved from Anderson, especially after not having given them any problems as far as payment is concerned every month for the past year.
