I took insurance with Anderson in the month of July and late in July around the 23 so i had to pay a pro-rata of R255.33 for that month around the 23 Jul 2013. Around the 21 Aug 2013 my account was debited with R854.63 and then a few days later around the 25 Aug 2013 R815.92 was taken off my account! I called in and the man said that my debit for this month is actually for the next month, but if so why did i pay that pro-rata? why didn't i pay the full amount for the upcoming month? I am highly upset as i called the call centre multiple times and i did not get assistance and i just got different excuses every time i phoned! this is really pathetic service nobody from this group had the decency to even give me a call back to either explain properly what is going on or just refund me! I called about 2 weeks ago and im still in the same place the time before i called! Worst customer experience i have ever had before, really dissapointed!
