I felt to report how I think Anderson Insurance should up their game or else, its reputation is slowly suffering.
Here is my short story.
I have took out insurance with Anderson in June 2013, my agreement with them is that they should debit my account on the 27th of every month, however, I have noticed that they do not even debit my account till I remind them to do so, this has been going for two month now, and I wonder if i"m safe with them. I starting to question their system effectiveness and efficiency.
Can someone made them aware that we are obliged to be serviced by no body but them.
